Data Deletion

Deway Design & Build Solar Sdn. Bhd. (“Deway”) does not currently offer website accounts or a website contact form. If you have contacted us by email or another business channel and want us to delete personal data that Deway controls, you can submit a request using the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email successplatform39@gmail.com with the subject Personal Data Deletion Request.
2. Tell us which email address or communication channel you used and, if relevant, the approximate date of your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request is yours. We will review the request and delete or anonymise personal data we control where appropriate.

What may be retained

Some information may need to be kept where required by law, needed to establish or defend a legal claim, or necessary to protect security and prevent fraud. If information is held by a service provider on Deway’s behalf, we will take reasonable steps to request deletion from that provider where applicable. Routine backup copies may remain until overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

Information held by Meta or other services

This page covers personal data controlled by Deway. If your request concerns data held directly by Meta, WhatsApp, Google or another provider, please also use that provider’s privacy and account controls. A request to Deway does not automatically delete data held independently by those services.
